FAMILY FOCUSED. Amiina Ministries is proactive in coming alongside families that are on the fringes.
The sad truth is that 80% of children living in orphanages or on the streets actually have at least one parent or living relative, but because of extreme poverty, they can’t take care of them due to lack of means, education or support.
We begin by empowering and equipping caregivers in discovering the Fatherheart of God and their purpose and potential.

Our Ugandan staff are trained and know how to serve their local Families. We equip the families in our program through the same holistic approach we use with their children. When parents are empowered and equiped to nurture, care and love their own,
they can confidently walk in God's purpose and break the generational strongholds that can come with living in extreme poverty.
